Mattress / Smart Mattress

• Any Eight Mattress can be returned for a refund within 100 days of the delivery date.
• Customers are expected to try the mattress for at least 30 days.
• Customers who purchase the Smart Mattress have the option to keep one of the two components if they prefer. For example, they can return their mattress and keep the sleep tracker, or the other way around. In this case, the refund will be partial covering only the cost of the part that was returned.
• Sleep Trackers purchased as part of the Smart Mattress bundle are covered by the 100 day trial period. 
• Customers will be expected to donate or recycle the mattress on their own, using the options suggested by our team which are selected based upon the customer’s address. 
• Smart Mattress refunds will be processed once the hub is received at our returns processing location. Refunds for the regular mattress will be processed upon submission and acceptance of the proof of pick up with receipt.

Organic Sheets

• Sheets can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Unused and unopened sheets will receive a full refund.
• Used or washed sheets will be charged a processing fee of $10.

Sleep Tracker

• Can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Customers are expected to try the cover for at least 7 days.
• Customers are expected to send only the hub back using their local shipper if they are dissatisfied with the product, and also dispose of the cover on their own.
• If you encounter a technical issue with the product, we will send spare parts once the issue is detected through troubleshooting. A full product replacement will be determined on a case by case basis.
• Previous international backers will receive only one replacement if necessary.
• If a size exchange is needed, the product must be unopened and within the 30 days of the delivery date. Customers will have to return their unopened product and repurchase to receive the correct size. 
• We do not condone purchasing our product from a 3rd party reseller (eBay, Craigslist, etc.). As we did not authorize the sale, Eight Sleep cannot be responsible for the condition of the product once it is received. We promise to provide support and help troubleshoot but we are unable to assist you with any replacements if necessary.

We are unable to support international orders, any product that leaves the US will immediately void our return and warranty policies.
